  • Overview

    IPKeys Technologies is seeking an Information Security Analyst/Engineer to support an Army Intelligence Community program.   The ISSE will provide Information Security Controls and guidelines to nodes and network management systems and maintain network/system access and password controls. The ISSE will collate and analyze audit trail data and review security threats to determine/implement effective countermeasures IAW established policies, regulations, and directives. This position will analyze network or system changes/reconfigurations for security impacts (perform risk analysis/assessment) and assist the customer with implementation. The ISSE will document security measures and policies, and perform additional cyber security related functions as required in support of the Risk Management Framework.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and distribute IA Branch memorandums and correspondence in accordance with organizational policy.
    • Contribute to the development, monitoring, and maintenance of a Master Schedule that identifies the major and minor activities with regards to the planning and tracking of project execution of all IA Branch projects including, but not limited to, scan and analysis projects, incident response, etc.
    • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance for all security related project documentation. The deliverables include: RMF BOE, STIG Checklists, Project Schedules, Scanner files, senior and intermediate level presentations, workflow communication diagrams, change requests, incident response documentation, and others as needed.
    • Review/assess mission partner component systems, network connection packages and implemented security features and mechanisms; analyze system connectivity drawings/topologies, DIACAP Executive Packages, Consent to Monitor (CTM) Statements, Security Plans, MOAs/MOUs and other security documents for compliance with DoD, Joint Staff (JS), and DISA IA requirements in LAN and WAN environments.
    • Maintain, manage, and leverage multiple Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products to conduct continuous monitoring as directed to support mission partner requested scans and initial scans for connection approval process decisions.
    • Conduct extensive analysis as directed using active (e.g., scans) and/or passive information and provide associated meta data reports.
    • Perform other IA and Incident Response related tasks, as needed, within scope of the program.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of related experience.
    • Must know HP Fortified and ACAS

    • Must have Security+ or similar certification
