    • Possess technical hands-on and able to demonstrate 2+ years of experience working with technology.
    • Basic understanding and familiarity of enterprise level technology (e.g. server hardware, virtualization, and software)
    • Facilitating and hosting meetings with government customers
    • Capturing meeting minutes, distributing agendas, and following up on action items.
    • Providing weekly and monthly updates on project schedule, risk, and project status.
    • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, capturing steps and instructions
  • Overview

    IPKeys Technologies is seeking a IT Support Specialist to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).  Support is conducted in Stafford, VA.

    Responsibilities

    The candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to communicate well with team members and government customers. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing both programmatic and technical support. The IT Support Specialist will be required to work closely with senior level engineers, thus requiring a basic understanding and familiarity of technology.

    Qualifications

    • Basic Understanding of Domains and Network administration (e.g. OSI Model, TCP/IP).
    • Basic Knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Linux)
    • Basic Knowledge of databases
    • Strong organizational, Innovative, verbal, and written communication skills
