  • Overview

     IPKeys Technologies is seeking a Program Analyst for an opportunity in support of the Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS-J) Program Office at the Defense Information Systems Agency, Ft. Meade, MD. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide Program Management and Acquisition support services to the organization. This support may include, but is not limited to the following: acquisition and programmatic documentation development, authoring, and coordination; providing advice and counsel on a number of topics related to programmatic and acquisition issues, and working with other team members in support of diverse customer requirements 
    • Preparation, review, and coordination of acquisition documentation to include, Performance Work Statements, Quality Assurance Plans, acquisition strategies, acquisition plans etc.
    • Provide Risk Management to include risk identification and assessment, and maintain a risk and issues database
    • Represent the government as required in forums on Program Management matters
    • Research acquisition issues and deliver analysis and recommended courses of action. Work with the government staff to collect information, evaluate options and obtain the necessary information in order to propose solutions
    • Create, maintain and analyze software release project schedules and report status to product managers or other personnel as deemed appropriate
    • Changes to these responsibilities will be discussed at the appropriate time
    • Support/develop Memorandum of Understanding and Memorandum of Agreements

    Qualifications

    • Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Results oriented; ability to operate calmly under pressure
    • Self-motivated with an ability to motivate others to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
    • Expert ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients
    • General knowledge of software acquisition/development/testing lifecycle is desirable

     

    Experience
