  • Overview

    IPKeys Technologies is seeking a Program Management Support Specialist Lead by supporting the program manager to perform program administrative activities, including manpower, deliverable control, and resource planning and reporting. The candidate will be expected to participate in regular meetings with internal program staff, teammates, and the government client on a frequent basis to deliver client value for the Communications Engineering Division, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), which is responsible for maintaining and posturing the DOD Information Network (DODIN) transport infrastructure and capabilities.  

    Responsibilities

    The program management support specialist is expected to work with IPKeys functional staff including contracts, finance, human resources, and recruiting to support the Program Manager in daily program operations.  

     

    Typical functions include:  

    • Assist with preparing documentation to support contract modifications, tracking and reporting program status, coordinating position descriptions to support staffing actions, and facilitating program and corporate communication across the program staff. 
    • Monitor and make recommendations to continuously improve program procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to internal program operations. 
    • Prepare and maintain charts, tables, graphs, diagrams, and presentations to assist in analyzing problems and communicating program status to the government client. 
    • Travel to the government client location to participate in scheduled and ad hoc meetings. 
    • Administer all contract-related travel and procurement requests. 
    • Act as the program’s principal point of contact for all deliverables between the program manager and the government Contract Officer Representative (COR).  
    • Maintain deliverable inventory on SharePoint or another file sharing tool. 
    • Maintain the program deliverable schedule and provide functional guidance, technical support, and quality assurance/quality control as necessary  

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. 

    Experience
