  • Overview

    IPKeys Technologies is seeking a (DoD Acquisition) Senior Business Systems Analyst for an opportunity in support of the Defense Human Resources Activity, Office of People Analytics.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide Program Management and Acquisition support services to the organization as described in the DoD 5000.02 and subsequent introduction of 5000.75, for business systems following the Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC). This support may include but is not limited to the following: acquisition and programmatic documentation development, authoring, and coordination; providing advice and counsel on topics related to the programmatic and acquisition issues and working with other team members in support of diverse customer requirements; documenting as-is business process; and working in coordination with DoD and Federal stakeholders.
    • Assist with and authoring business system documentation such as: Acquisition Strategy, Capabilities Documents, Business Process Documents, Market Research documentation, Acquisition Plans, Business Case Analysis, etc.
    • Assist with documenting and integrating functional and technical requirements from multiple sources
    • Conduct analysis on enterprise data management policies and make recommendations for policy updates
    • Draft policy to support new business processes and technologies
    • Research acquisition issues and deliver analysis and recommended courses of action. Work with the government staff to collect information, evaluate options and obtain the necessary information to propose solutions.
    • Establish and maintain processes for all project documentation such as: Project Plans, Project Charters, Project Schedules, Project Work Breakdown Structures, Presentations, etc.
    • Support the customer’s formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the project life cycle
    • Manage IPKeys project requirements for cost, schedule, and performance
    • Assist in growing new business in similar focus areas

    • Expert ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients
    • Demonstrated experience in office productivity tools for presentations, spreadsheets, and documents
