  • Overview

    IPKeys Technologies is seeking an Operations Research Systems Analysis to provide analysis support to the United States Medical Command at Ft. Detrick, Maryland. The Analyst will work directly with Program Management Offices to gather organizational data and perform analysis for program status and reporting requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and identify program areas of risk.
    • Evaluate and recommend on cost/benefit of initiatives and efficient use of funds
    • Conduct intensive analysis and evaluations of strategies submitted by PM Teams to ensure consistency with DoD overall objectives
    • Develop products that convey analytical findings to high-level personnel both internal and external to the organization
    • Draft corporate policy ensuring adherence to Department of Defense programs statutory and regulatory requirements
    • Review program technical documentation to ensure they meet all statutory and regulatory requirements

    Experience
