Overview

IPKeys Technologies is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) program, in our Stafford, VA office.

 

The Project Scheduler shall develop, coordinate and maintain a consolidated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program office and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring Project execution and conduct periodic assessment of project performance
  • Identifying critical paths and analyzing critical path progress
  • Work Breakdown Structures, Milestones Events, and related interdependencies and associated activities

  • Identifying Schedule risks and coordinating with the Project Team to develop solutions to mitigate risks
  • Developing reports and brief for Projects Reviews and; integrating technical, logistic, contractual, and programmatic changes into the Integrated Master Schedule
  • Creating and editing filters, custom fields, and reports

Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Integrated Master Schedules and Integrated Master Plans

 

Experience

  • Five (5) years of experience is required
  • Three (3) years of experience supporting a Program Management Office

Education
