Education

  • Required experience includes in-depth experience in installation, troubleshooting, analysis, design, repair, preventive maintenance, engineering, administration, building and understanding of Crystal Reports, and Remedy ARS and ITSM, and some experience with VMware.

Overview

IPKeys Technologies is seeking a Sr. Systems Integration Specialist to support the Joint Staff Support Center (JSSC) at the Pentagon. 

Responsibilities

  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
  • Designs, develops, customizes, debugs, and implements COTS software.
  • Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
  • Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
  • Designs and customizes COTS software products.
  • Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
  • Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
  • Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
  • Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
  • Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Acts as team leader on projects.
  • Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of others.
  • Participates in development of software user manuals.

Qualifications

  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
