Overview

IPKeys Technologies is seeking a Programming, Planning, Budget & Execution (PPB&E) Specialist who will directly support the Joint Systems Engineering and Integration Office (JSEIO) staff in all PPB&E activities and who possesses four to six years’ experience in managing and executing DoD budgetary and POM activities. The position demands excellent problem-solving, interpersonal/communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to react quickly to fluctuating deadlines, to learn quickly, absorb information, and think independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage multiple Program Elements’ (PEs) Spend Plans, prepare Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) and coordinate with DISA’s Chief Financial Executive (CFE) branch.
  • Develop a Checkbook, tracking allocation received, MIPRs against it, budgetary cuts and contractual funding details (i.e. PoP, OY and DITCO Fee costs, delta owed and year in which it will be funded).
  • Analyze, interpret, provide inputs to and present the Joint Systems Engineering and Integration Office’s (JSEIO) budgetary and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) information.
  • Lead weekly financial reviews with Deputy Director and Program Manager.
  • Prepare Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE).
  • Work with JSEIO’s Contract Officer Representatives in contracts discussions to ensure proper expenditure of funds, plan for contract close-outs, develop transition plans, and prepare for new contract awards.
  • Manage timely responses to taskings, reviews and requests for information (RFIs).
  • Prepare briefings and ensure consistency across the JSEIO.

Qualifications

  • Certified Defense Financial Management (CDFM) certification preferred.

Experience
